Kigali Set to Host Africa’s Business Elite at the 2026 Africa CEO Forum

The vibrant city of Kigali is preparing to welcome some of the most influential figures in business and leadership for the prestigious Africa CEO Forum. Scheduled to take place from May 14 to 15, 2026, at the iconic Kigali Convention Center, the event is expected to attract over 2,500 participants from across Africa and beyond.

Among the distinguished attendees will be Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame, Gabon’s President Clotaire Oligui Nguema, Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu, and Mozambique’s Prime Minister Maria Benvinda Levi. The Private Sector Federation Rwanda has highlighted the forum as a unique opportunity for local and regional entrepreneurs. Its leader, François Twagirumukiza, emphasized that the event goes beyond dialogue—it is a platform for shaping the future of trade and investment. He urged business leaders to prepare strategically, seek partnerships, and expand into new markets.

Echoing this sentiment, Rwanda Development Board CEO Jean-Guy Afrika described the forum as a powerful networking hub where investors and decision-makers can connect efficiently and build meaningful collaborations.
